Time
This is going to be short. I had a doctor's appointment today for 10:30AM. I get there around 10:20 or so. I think I'm almost incapable of being on time or late. Anyway, at 11:00AM I go to the counter and ask what time my 10:30 appointment will be. They tell me there's only one person in front of me! And it's 30 minutes past the time my appointment was supposed to be. Why do they do this time after time, it's such a pain in the butt.
