9/11 and Iraq
Again? I must admit, other than a few minutes I didn't bother with the President's speach last night. I watched up until the point he tied Iraq and 9/11 together again. I mean, really, hasn't that been proved pretty much conclusively that there wasn't a tie there - or nothing more than a nebulous tie at best? At that point I turned off both my interest and the TV before he started going on about Saddam's WMDs and how the insurgents were on their last legs. At least the President could come up with some new stuff to try and convince me that the war in Iraq is worthwhile.
